Based in castlefield, we now require an experienced recruitment consultant to work on a red-hot supply chain desk. The desk currently bills over £15,000 per month and has a full database of candidates and clients. This position is available purely due to one of the consultants relocating. All our consultants have been with the business over 3 year's.
The successful candidate will benefit from fantastic working conditions, in a completely autonomous environment.
Commission:
Below 5K = 15%
5k+ = 20%
We are a small independent company looking to expand, so you would be joining us at a very exciting time. Sector experience is not necessary. But similar sectors would be favourable.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant for a highly established and highly profitable marketing recruitment consultancy.
Further Details:
For the first month our client will train you from their Birmingham offices. They will pay for your accommodation and use this time for you to learn their sector. You will then work by yourself initially from their Manchester branch and this is something you will head up (if you want to). Once you are comfortable, they will hire people to work under you and after a year's worth of service you will be become a share holder.
Because of the nature of the role we require an intelligent candidate that can work with no supervision. You need to have a good couple of year's recruitment experience within a niche sector. Full training and support will be given on there sector and they are not looking for instant billers. They can support you throughout the learning process and give you time to breath. You must of graduate calibre and be experienced in working with candidates at director level.
This is an excellent opportunity to become a shareholder in a very lucrative business and to become a branch manager. If managing people isn't what you want to do, they can support you at consultant level.
